cellular communications

Wireless communications

Cellular communication is tightly integrated with your security control panel. This makes sure that all alarms and other important events can be transmitted quickly and reliably for immediate response.

Power outage protection

Cellular communication is able to operate for 24 hours on backup battery power, keeping you secure during a power outage.

Dedicated and secure

Cellular communication protects your property even if the phone is cut, the Internet goes down, or the security panel is damaged.

Zero Phone Line Vulnerability

Cut phone and internet lines are a threat of the past. Safer cellular alarm systems are not affected by damaged phone or internet lines and provide uninterrupted protection.

How it works

Sensors installed throughout your home or business monitor and communicate all activity that takes place even when the system is disarmed.

All of the information travels over a dedicated wireless connection to the cellular Operations Center.

If an alarm occurs, the signal is routed to your central monitoring station for a 24/7 emergency response.*

If a non-alarm event occurs, like your kids walking through the front door, the signal is routed to you and your pre-determined contacts via text or email based on your settings.

Crash and Smash Protection

A higher level of security

This exclusive technology detects system tampering or destruction during:

  • Entry delay
  • Alarm dialing process
  • Dialer delay

First-class protection

Because the Operations Center monitors all sensor activity, it knows when someone enters the property. When the system is armed it understands there should either be an armed or disarmed command sent. If the panel is destroyed and is no longer communicating, it does not get the appropriate response signal and will send a notification from its Network Operations Center to emergency personnel.

Reduce false alarms

Another benefit of this advanced technology is the ability to reduce the number of false alarms. Now, you can worry less about unnecessary trips from the police or fire department and avoid potential hefty fines for repeated false alarms.
